At VoltVaultCards, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because we sell digital products that are delivered electronically, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.
All products sold by VoltVaultCards are delivered digitally. Once a digital code, key, or gift card has been delivered successfully, the purchase is considered complete.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds after delivery.
A refund or replacement may be provided in the following situations:
You received an invalid or non-working digital code.
You received a product different from the one you ordered.
Your order was charged successfully but the product was not delivered.
The same order was charged more than once due to a payment processing error.
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase and provide:
Your order number
Proof of purchase
A detailed description of the issue
Screenshots or other evidence, if applicable
Our support team may verify the issue with the product provider before approving a refund or replacement.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The digital code has already been redeemed successfully.
The wrong product was purchased by mistake.
You no longer need or want the product.
Your device or account does not meet the product requirements.
You provided an incorrect email address during checkout.
The issue results from account restrictions or regional limitations clearly stated on the product page.
Orders cannot be cancelled after digital delivery has begun.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
